The New Contractor Onboarding Process In Detail:
Access The Portal
After an initial onboarding call you will be issued you a link by email to our portal. You will just need to click on the link, use the temporary password that you are given, then set your own password. You will be taken to an application form to input your details for us. This can be done on most devices and doesn’t take long!
Proof of ID
These can be uploaded to our portal or emailed to us directly. We will need your passport or driving license (and if needed your biometric card), and for proof of address we will accept a utility bill or bank statement within 3 months, a letter from HMRC or council tax bill within 12 months. These must show YOUR name and address.
We Contact Agency
Once your application is completed we will contact your agency to get things set up for payment. We provide them with a comprehensive compliance pack confirming that you can use Greenwich as your umbrella company.
As soon as they send us a contract or assignment schedule we will email this to you asking you to confirm the details of your role such as dates and rates.
Become Our Employee
Once we have checked the details you will be asked to log back into the portal and be directed to a contract of employment which you can just click on 3 boxes to accept and sign electronically.
